Every project starts with a written plan covering deliverables, timeline, and price. Work outside that scope — new pages, features, or major direction changes after approval — is quoted separately rather than assumed to be included.
Standard terms are 50% to begin work and 50% on launch. Larger builds may be split across milestones instead. Work stops if a scheduled payment is more than 7 days late.
Each project includes two rounds of revisions during the build. Additional rounds, or changes requested after launch outside the 30-day post-launch window, are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Either side can cancel a project in writing. Work completed up to that point is billed; the deposit covers work already done and is non-refundable once work has started.
Once final payment is received, you own the code, domain, and content we built for you outright — nothing stays locked behind our accounts.
